RATE ORDER Crystal Swink of IDS Engineering Group, the District's engineers, presented and reviewed a Rate Order Analysis Summary for the District. The analysis included three options, the third of which reflected a 24% overall increase in rates. After review and discussion, the board requested additional options reflecting a 15% overall increase, and one with a 15% increase in residential rates and a 24% increase in commercial rates, for consideration at the next board meeting.
