LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT Violet Mak of PEA Group (PEA), the District's landscape architects, updated the board on the status of design and plan preparations for the Nicholas P. Fava U.S. Marine Memorial Park. Ms. Mak presented a proposed amendment to PEA's professional services scope in order to add electrical engineering services needed for the park, which they will sub out to BGD Electrical Engineers at a fee increase of $8,050. Upon motion by Mr. Whisler, seconded by Mr. Armand, and unanimously carried, the board approved the landscape architect’s report, and the proposed amendment to their professional services scope.
