APPOINT DIRECTOR The board considered the appointment of a director to fill a vacancy in that office created by the resignation of Kenneth E. Rochow. District resident Keith A. Pampell has indicated a willingness to serve out Mr. Rochow’s unexpired term of office. After discussion, upon motion by Mr. Whisler, seconded by Mr. Armand, and unanimously carried, the board adopted the attached Order appointing Keith A. Pampell as a director for such unexpired term. Mr. Pampell executed his Oath of Office and Statement of Appointed Officer, immediately assumed his duties as a director of the District, and participated in the remainder of the meeting.
