ENGINEER REPORT Crystal Swink of IDS Engineering Group (“IDS”), the District's engineers, presented their monthly engineer's status reports for the District and the wastewater treatment plant. She reviewed the reports with the board and responded to questions. Ms. Swink reported that the wastewater treatment plant tour with the other plant participants is tentatively scheduled for 10 a.m. on April 11, 2025. Upon motion by Mr. Armand, seconded by Mr. Rochow, and unanimously carried, the board approved the engineer's report.
