Motion by Director Pyburn; Seconded by Director Felder that the Board approve the Joint Election Agreement and Contract for Election Services with Brazoria County for the May 12, 2012 election and authorize the deposit in the amount of $1,000.00 toward the District’s share of the costs for the election to be paid by the due date of March 16, 2012. Motion approved with all present voting aye. ORDER 12-02-05 APPROVE JOINT FUNDING AGREEMENT WITH USGS:
