Consider and take possible action regarding the conveyance of a certain narrow strip of District-owned real property located along North Polk Street in Bee County, Texas, including adoption of a Resolution delegating authority to negotiate and consummate either (i) the conveyance of the District's interest in such property by fee simple to Garmen Developments, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, or (ii) the grant of a perpetual ingress and egress easement over such property for the benefit of Lots 1 through 5, Block 55, THE SUMMITS subdivision, in each case in a form approved by the District's legal counsel and on terms substantially consistent with those discussed in closed session, and authorizing the Board President to execute any deed, easement, or related conveyance documents concerning the following property: a 4,948.05 square foot (0.114-acre) tract of land, being a 15-foot by 329.87-foot tract out of that certain 15-foot by 660-foot parcel conveyed to Beeville Independent School District by deed recorded in Volume 200, Page 515 of the Deed Records of Bee County, Texas, situated in the James Hefferman Grant, Abstract No. 31, Bee County, Texas.
