Consider action to approve a Resolution designating the Commercial Recorder as the City’s official newspaper.

The city council, in accordance with the provisions of V.T.C.A., Local Government Code § 52.004, shall hereafter designate an official newspaper of the city. Such designation shall be made by resolution duly passed and adopted by the city council. Such designated newspaper shall be a newspaper of genera l circulation in the city.
