MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH BVCOG FOR FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES Tom Wilkinson suggested that until June, BVCOG be allowed to account for BGWCD funds, but to mix them with other funds in an account at Planter's and Merchants bank. Director Teeck moved, Director Tressie seconded that BGWCD use BVCOG for financial services and designated the BVCOG office address as the operating address for BGWCD. Motion passed.
