8. ELECTION OF OFFICERS Discussion was held and directors met in “county” groups, one director from each county was selected as a representative on the nominating committee. One director from each county was nominated for office. Before presenting the nominees, Director Mauldin stated that the nominating committee suggested that the date of the election and the terms of offices should be addressed in the bylaws. Jared Patout was elected president, David Minze vice president, Glenn Schroeter secretary, Milton Beckendorff and James Morrison were elected as second vice presidents. Director Rhodes moved, Director Isham seconded that the slate of officers be elected and that the terms of office be addressed in the bylaws. Motion passed.
