Discuss and consider accepting offer from Arcadis for educational- informational presentation to board on Texas Water Code, Chapter 36 Board of Directors Meeting Bluebonnet Ground Water Conservation District January 16, 2002 management plan requirements. Gary Smith presented Arcadis’ offer to make a presentation to the board on the requirements of Chapter 36 Texas Water Code. This is a 20 minute presentation to the board. Mr. Beckendorff moved, Mr. Rhoads 2nd that the Arcadis presentation be made at the February meeting. Motion Carried.
