10. Discussion and possible action to elect Board Officers (President, Vice President, and Secretary). Director Thomas moved that the current officers, President J. Jared Patout, Vice President Milton Beckendorff, and Secretary Joe B. Sandel be re-elected by acclimation. Director Tressie second this motion - Motion Carried. President Patout announced that he was going to change the order of the agenda and consider agenda Items 13, 14, 15, & 16 before agenda item 11.
