15. General Managers Report. A. Well Permitting – GM reported that the following wells have been permitted, registered or are known to the District. Austin County has 43 non-exempt, 341 exempt and 2 railroad commission wells. Grimes County has 48 non-exempt, 313 exempt and 14 railroad commission wells. Walker County has 50 non-exempt, 150 exempt wells, 0 railroad commission wells and 1 transport permit.
