10. Discussion and possible action to accept Executive Committee annual performance evaluation of General Manager. Director Thomas made a motion to accept the Executive Committee’s May 17, 2006 Annual Evaluation of the District General Manager. Director Huebner seconded the motion. Motion Carried.
