14. Discussion and possible action to authorize execution of an Employment Agreement between the District and GM Behm for the period 2/2007 – 1/2009. Director Tressie moved to accept the Executive Committee’s recommendations for the Employment Agreement with General Manager Behm for the period 2/07 – 1/09 and to authorize execution of this agreement. Director Daugette seconded the motion. Motion Carried.
