Call to order There being a quorum present, the Board of Directors Meeting was called to order by the President at 6:05pm. 2. Public Hearing on proposed revisions to District Rules. There being a quorum present, the Board of Directors Public Hearing was called to order by the President at 6:05pm. Proposed revisions to the District Rules include a definition of management zone; provide for management zone designation by the Board; describe cumulative impacts of subdivisions with exempt wells and municipal and county authority relating to obtaining certification of groundwater availability in platted subdivisions; provide for BGCD assistance to municipal and county authorities in connection with certification of groundwater availability in platted subdivisions; and include revisions for typos and formatting. With no further comment, the public hearing was closed and reconvened the business meeting of the Bluebonnet Groundwater Conservation District Board of Directors at 6:08pm. 3.
