Call to order There being a quorum present, the Board of Directors Meeting was called to order by the President at 6:20pm. 2. Public Comment No public comment 3. Discussion and possible action to approve minutes of September 15, 2021 Public Hearing on Proposed Desired Future Conditions and Board Meeting. Director Huebner moved that the Board approve minutes of September 15, 2021 Public Hearing and Board Meeting as presented. Director Fairchild seconded. Motion carried. 4. Discussion and possible action to approve quarterly Financial Report Director Muse moved that the Board approve quarterly Financial Report Board Meeting. Director Kembro seconded. Motion carried. 5. Discussion and possible action to approve quarterly Investment Report. Director Kembro moved the Board approve the quarterly Investment Report. Director Minze seconded. Motion carried. 6. Discussion and possible action to accept quarterly Drought Status Assessment. Director Kembro moved the Board accept the quarterly Drought Status Assessment. Director Muse seconded. Motion carried. 7. Discussion and possible action to amend employment contract for GM Holland. Director Muse moved the Board to amend employment contract for GM Holland. Director Fairchild seconded. Motion carried. 8. Presentation of District Annual Report for CY 2020 by General Manager. GM Holland presented the annual report materials for calendar year 2020. 9.
