11. Discuss and possible action on appointing a Board Secretary-Treasurer: Kubinski noted that the Secretary-Treasurer position had been vacant since July. Motion to appoint Gregory Stevens as Secretary-Treasurer, effective immediately, was made by Director George Cofran and seconded by Director Tom Murrah. Motion carried unanimously.
