5. Consent Agenda: President Klepac raised a correction to the January meeting minutes regarding approval of the Johnson City settlement agreement and pump test. General Manager Erik Kubinski confirmed the permit was approved once the settlement agreement was fully executed. Motion to approve the consent agenda, with the exception of the meeting minutes, as amended was made by Director James Sultemeier and seconded by Director George Cofran. Motion carried unanimously
