The following speakers addressed Agenda Item 7 ahead of its formal consideration: Doug Mcintyre asked the Board to reject the hearing examiner's July 24 Proposal for Decision (PFD) and grant him standing as an affected person. Donna Lee asked the Board to deny the permit as submitted. Leslie Martin, co-founder of Lagom Retreat, spoke in support of her application and expressed willingness to accept any conditions the Board chose to impose.
