“Trustee Scheel made a motion to approve Resolution 26-05-002 as it is stated: Be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Canyon Regional Water Authority as follows: 1. The Litigation Committee of CRWA’s Board of Trustees is hereby authorized to represent the Authority at mediation and to, whether at mediation or otherwise, negotiate a settlement of CRWA’s affirmative claims asserted in Cause No. 24-0377- CV-E in accordance with the terms discussed by the Board in Executive Session on May 11, 2026; 2. The Board President is hereby authorized to execute any settlement agreement or related documents required to effectuate settlement of CRWA’s claims in accordance with the terms discussed by the Board in Executive Session on May 11, 2026; 3. Any document providing for settlement of CRWA’s claims executed by the Board President pursuant to the authorization contained in this Resolution shall be subject to and considered for ratification by the Board of Trustees at its first meeting foll”
