“a made a motion to approve Item 9. A. (Resolution26-06-003). Trustee Gilbert seconded the motion. At the request of President Rohan, CRWA Staff will identify funds available to help offset the costs associated with renting a third (3rd) Pall mobile membrane unit. At the request of Trustees, CRWA Staff will begin developing a recommended plan for the necessary improvements at the Hays Caldwell WTP facility.  Trustee Saldaña amended his original motion to include approving Item 9. A. (Resolution 26-06-003) and for CRWA Staff to provide a plan to utilize the remaining FY2025 funds to apply to the cost of the lease of the third (3rd) Pall mobile membrane unit. Trustee M. Gilbert seconded the motion. President Rohan called for a vote on the amendment to the original motion. The motion passed with nineteen (19) Ayes.”
