Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action concerning Request for Qualifications (RFQs): (a) Designate the best qualified vendors in rank order for all vendors submitting qualifications in response to RFQ 26-4090-06 - a professional engineering firm to provide project management services related to SB3 Outdoor Warning Sirens Project. (b) Authorize the Burnet County Judge to enter into negotiations with the identified best qualified vendor for a professional engineering firm to provide project management services and coordination with state and local governments in an amount not to exceed $50,000. If a satisfactory contract cannot be negotiated with the most highly qualified vendor, the Burnet County Judge will formally end negotiations and enter into negotiations with the next most highly qualified provider. Any negotiated contract to be approved by the Burnet County Commissioners Court. (Wilson)
