Consider and/or act to approve Minutes of Regular Meeting on April 21, 2026. The draft Minutes were emailed to the Board prior to the meeting. Weldon Blackwelder made a motion to approve the Minutes for the meeting of April 21, 2026, as presented. Motion seconded by Jeff Sims. Alvaro Mandujano, Jr., abstained from voting because he did not attend the meeting. Motion passed. Vote: 6FOR -0-Oppose 4Absent 1 Abstain
