The Anderson-Shiro Consolidated Independent School District will c onduct a public hearing pursuant to Texas Government Code § 403.611 (b) regarding the following Applications for Taxable Value Limitation on Eligible Property filed by TeraFab AI, LLC (“TeraFab”), Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts Application(s) Nos. J0035, J0036, J0037, and J0038 under the Texas Jobs, Energy, Technology, and Innovation Act, Texas Government Code § 403, Subchapter T. TeraFab plans to invest approximately $78 Billion in the initial phases with a potential combined total investment of approximately $119 Billion over four phases for a semiconductor and related device fabrication plant.
