2026-0033 Authorize and Approve Amendment No. 4 to the Texas Department of State Health Services Contract No. HHS001439300002 – Cities Readiness Initiative to Revise the Federal Award Information and Certain Attachments to the Contract On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: January 6, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 46600, Project 08725 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve Amendment No. 4 to the Texas Department of State Health Services Contract No. HHS001439300002 – Cities Readiness Initiative to revise the federal award information and certain attachments to the contract, and authorize the County Judge to sign the contract on behalf of Dallas County.
