Consultation with Attorney Regarding PCHP Contract with Children's Health System of Texas B. Consultation with Attorney on Potential Settlement in the Matter of Construction Cleaning, Inc. v. Dallas County Hospital District Chair adjourned Executive Session and moved into Open Session at 2:43 PM. Ramon Miguez motioned to authorize the settlement of the CCI (Construction Cleaning Inc.) vs Parkland lawsuit in an amount of $350,000 conditioned on broad release and dismissal of claims by the vendor and the principles behind the vendor as well as removing of non-disparagement language in the settlement agreement. Todd Furniss seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. IX. Action Items A. Board May Take Action on Any Agenda Item(s) Above X.
