5. Please confirm that the GMA accepts the following assumptions for calculating modeled drawdown: 1) exclude all cells that becorne dry and 2) include all active model cells even ifthey do not fall within the official TWDB aquifer boundary. This method produces drawdown values consistent with the DFC values provided in the fxpianatory Report and is consistent with the methodology used in the previous planning cycle.
