Operations Report, authorize repairs and action on delinquent accounts. President Berry recognized Mr. Jenkins, who presented to and reviewed with the Board the Operations Report for July 2026. Mr. Jenkins noted that the valve survey has been completed and that the survey has been given to engineer for review. Mr. Jenkins stated that 103% of the water pumped was billed for the period from June 15, 2026 to July 15, 2026. Mr. Jenkins reviewed the Major Maintenance Summary for Ju ly 2026. He stated that the commercial meters were repaired throughout the District and one water leak was repaired. Mr. Jenkins reviewed the billing summary, water production and quality report, water accountability report and customer call log. Upon motion by Director Doering, seconded by Director Robb, after full discussion and the question being put to the Board, the Board voted unanimously to approve the Operations Report, to approve the termination of the delinquent accounts in accordance with the terms of
