Upon motion by Director Smith-Boards, seconded by Director Higgins, after full discussion 103116578.1 and the question being put to the Board, the Board voted unanimously to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of July 27, 2021, and special meetings of July 30, 2021 and August 9, 2021, as presented.
