The Board of Directors received a report from the District Engineer on ongoing projects, including: a. SH 495 (Veterans Blvd.) Utility Relocation & Adjustments Project -SAMES provided the following summary progress report update: Preliminary planning progress is completed. Engineering design progress is currently in progress, and received comments and resubmitted the list of bid codes to TxDOT. Agua SUD is working on quotes to demolish the existing lift station in-house, and the advancement of the project is ongoing. Short Term Water Plan and CIP Update - SAMES provided no notable developments on the project. CAPEX is currently working on calculations for the CIP Amendment. The current goal is to be completed by February 2026. Alternative Capacity Requirement (ACR) — SAMES provided an update advising that the project is currently on hold. Geographic Information System (GIS) Services Phase 2 - SAMES provided the following summary progress report update: Preliminary planning progress has been completed. The engineering design progress has been completed at 100% for all utility GIS mapping and subdivision mapping, and is ready for final submittal by the end of December.
