4. Election of Officers. Mr. Wilson recognized Director Maxwell, who discussed the slate of officers. Discussion ensued regarding the slate of officers as follows: Director Boards as President, Director Maxwell as Vice President, Director Higgins as Treasurer, Director Randall as Secretary, and Director Jacobs as Assistant Secretary/Director. Upon motion by Director Maxwell, seconded by Director Jacobs, after full discussion and the question being put to the Board, the Board voted unanimously to approve the slate of officers as discussed.
