The Operations report was provided at the meeting. Mr. Benefiel gave updates on several of the projects within the District. Mr. Benefiel showed some slides of Scoops route along the canals and that Scoop is doing good with battery life. Mr. Benefiel discussed with the Board and provided some slides of the ARC GIS system that Freese and Nichols will be proposing in May at the next Board meeting. DCURD already has this program and IFCD III would be uploaded to DCURD’s ARC GIS system. Ms. Amanda Hill of Three Box was in attendance. Ms. Hill showed the Board a sample of the Annual Report that will be in mailboxes soon. Ms. Hill discussed a couple of events that will be coming up, the VRA Earth Festival in April and the Keep Irving Beautiful Trash Bash in September. Participating will be Directors Correa and Asanare in the VRA Earth Festival.
