The Board of Directors approved the Non-Standard Service Agreement for water to be submitted to Gerardo Lopez, for the cost related to water service for Sunset Ranch Subdivision. The Board of Directors took no action on the approval of a Non-Standard Service Agreement for water to be submitted to Los Encinos Rental Properties, LLC, for the cost related to water service for Oak View No. 1 Subdivision.
