11. Discuss Texas SmartBuy Membership renewal and take appropriate action. Mr. Wilson stated that the Board needs to vote to renew the Texas SmartBuy Membership. Upon motion by Director Randall, seconded by Director Maxwell, after full discussion and the question being put to the Board, the Board voted unanimously to approve the SmartBuy Membership renewal.
