Mr. Benefiel reported to the Board. Director Arceo made the following motion: “ Motion that the General Manager be authorized, on behalf of the District, and hereby directed to award and execute a construction contract for the Sluice Gate and Headwall Repair to Humphrey and Morton in the amount of $461,544.00, and to authorize the General Manager to take all other necessary action.” Director Asanare seconded the motion which was unanimously approved.
