CALL TO ORDER. The meeting of the Board of Directors of Irving Flood Control District Section III was called to order by the District’s Vice President and presiding officer, William Correa , at 6:32 p.m. ROLL CALL. The roll was called of the duly constituted officers and members of the Board of Directors of Irving Flood Control District Section III, which members and officers are as follows, to wit: Chris Calvery, President Absent William Correa, Vice President Present Anna Arceo, Treasurer Present Douglas Stephan, Secretary Present Shree Asanare, Director Present A quorum was declared to be present.
