6. Utility Easement – As requested by the Board we are preparing a metes & bounds description for the utility easements in Southern Colony Park. The fieldwork has been completed and the metes & bounds is being prepared. Once complete, we will coordinate with your attorney for the drafting of the easement for the HOA’s consideration.
