Mr. Miller was in attendance representing VRA. Mr. Miller reported that VRA is winding down a bit with landscaping with colder weather coming in. Mr. Miller commented that CCMC is revamping its website and operations due to the response to the recent Residents Survey that was conducted. Mr. Miller brought to attention that the new water fountain that was recently installed was causing some issues with birds and waterfowl being scared away, which some residents are not fond of, also the timing needs to be looked at for operation.
