5. Tax Assessor/Collector’s Report. Mr. Wilson recognized Ms. Flores, who presented to and reviewed with the Board the Tax Assessor’s and Collector’s Report for the period ending March 31, 2026, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit C. She noted that as of today, 97.95% of the District’s 2025 taxes have been collected. She stated that Tax Tech received the District’s 2026 preliminary value of $277,681,733, which is a $3.4 million dollar decrease from the previous year. Upon motion by Director Boards, seconded by Director Maxwell, after full discussion and the question being put to the Board, the Board voted unanimously to approve the Tax Assessor and Collector’s Report, to authorize payment of the checks listed therein.
