Mr. Miller was in attendance. Mr. Miller was in attendance. Mr. Miller commented that VRA had hired a landscape architect to have a better direction of guidelines regarding erosion control plantings and to improve the look of landscaping of Valley Ranch to have a more modern look and yet to keep a warm community look. Mr. Miller commented on the new plastic material that is being talked about for seawalls within the Valley Ranch area and has some reservations regarding the aesthetics of the material having a more industrial look within the community.
