Discussion and possible action to approve Financial Reports for July 2026 – Ms. Clark announced the Budget Committee will meet again on August 28th to discuss the overage of the general counsel category in the current fiscal year for possible amendment and draft the budget for FY 26-27. Motion to approve the Financial Report by Matt Miranda, second by Jeff Schuehle. Motion passed.
