3. Consider approving minutes of the prior meeting held on February 24, 2026. The Board reviewed the minutes of the meeting of February 24, 2026, copies of which were previously distributed to the Board. Director Jacobs requested that the approval of the minutes be deferred until a statement regarding the Board being able to cancel the directors election at the next meeting be added.
