7. Tax Assessor/Collector’s Report. Mr. Wilson recognized Ms. Flores, who presented to and reviewed with the Board the Tax Assessor’s and Collector’s Report for the period ending June 30, 2026, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit E. She noted that 99.06% of the District’s 2025 taxes have been collected. She reported that the District’s certified value for 306231133.1 2026 is $272,927,335. Mr. Wilson noted that the 2026 tax rate discussion would be on the next agenda. Upon motion by Director Higgins, seconded by Director Boards, after full discussion and the question being put to the Board, the Board voted unanimously to approve the Tax Assessor and Collector’s Report, to authorize payment of the checks listed therein.
