Upon motion by Director Jacobs, seconded by Director Higgins, after full discussion and the question being put to the Board, the Board voted unanimously to enter into Executive Session at 2:08 p.m. pursuant to Section 551.074 to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee. At this time all members left the meeting except the Board, Mr. Wilson, Ms. Maher, and Ms. Cook.
