Approval of minutes — February 27, 2020 Board Meeting Minutes. Mr. Mauritz called for a review and approval of the February 27, 2020 Board Meeting Minutes. Mr. Roberson moved that the minutes be accepted as presented. Following Mrs. Chanek’s second, the motion passed unanimously.
