Staff Report & Agenda Item Details

10. Hear Operations Report. Mr. Wilson recognized Mr. Smith, who presented to and reviewed with the Board the Operator’s Report for the month of May, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit G. Mr. Smith noted the District’s accountability is 90.26%. Director Higgins asked if there has been in difference in water usage since the Board revised the Rate Order. Mr. Bishop stated that there has not really been a difference. Discussion ensued regarding rates and cash funding. Director Higgins requested that SE provide a historical lookback of the consumption rate and revenue in their report. Upon motion by Director Randall, seconded by Director Smith-Boards, after full discussion and the question being put to the Board, the Board voted unanimously to approve the Operations Report and approve the termination of delinquent accounts pursuant to the terms of the Rate Order.
