Independent Contractor Texas Pride Disposal has been retained by Customer for the sole purpose and to the extent set forth in this Contract, and Texas Pride Disposal has sole responsibility for the method, manner, and supervision of the services that it provides under the terms of this Contract. Texas Pride Disposal’s relationship to Customer during the term of this Contract is that of an independent contractor.
