4. Consider contract amendment for Yellowstone Landscape and take appropriate action. Mr. Wilson recognized Ms. Ventura, who presented to and reviewed with the Board the Landscape Maintenance Services Proposal (the “Amendment”), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit C. Discussion ensued. Ms. Cook noted that the Amendment is approximately a $3,400 increase. It was the consensus of the Board to defer action at this time. Ms. Ventura then presented a proposal to remove the existing dripline tubing in the flowerbeds and install 12-inch spray heads to provide irrigation coverage and efficiency in the amount of $2,238.00 (the “Proposal”), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit D. Upon motion by Director Randall, seconded by Director Boards, after full discussion and the question being put to the Board, the Board voted unanimously to approve the Proposal.
