Mr. Sam Hawk with Boyle and Lowry was in attendance. No Report currently. Councilman Al Zapanta was in attendance. Mr. Zapanta commented on the last Council meeting regarding the rezoning of property in Irving. Mr. Zapanta stated that the May 3 elections were coming up with early voting starting April 22 and urged all residents to come out and vote.
