A motion was made to make the renewal of Dr. Mitchell’s contract contingent on Dr. Mitchell completing the items listed on the Agreed Order with Texas Medical Board and that he must be in good standing with Insurance Companies. Mr. Lopez made the motion. Upon Mr. Kaelin second, the motion Passed unanimously.
